We offer a delivery service in the Great Britain

Minimum order for free delivery:

  • £120.00 inc VAT

  • Cases can be mixed at no extra charge.

Delivery Charge (if under minimum order value):

  • £9.50 on orders below £120

Delivery Times

All wines are stored in our warehouse at London City Bond, Barking and ready for shipment immediately unless otherwise stated or requested.
Orders submitted on working days before midday will be delivered according to post code as below. Orders submitted afternoon or weekends and bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Discounts

  • We offer 10% discount on orders over £250

RETURNS

If, for any reason, a wine you purchased from us fails to satisfy, please notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order.  We will refund immediately but not later than 14 days from the date of the return notification.  For the refund, we will use the same payment method that was used for the original order. To be eligible for a return, remaining bottles must be unopened and in the same condition as received.

DAMAGE & MIS-DELIVERY

Any breakage, theft or short/partial delivery must be notified immediately and the delivery note amended accordingly.  We cannot accept claims for any losses if the delivery note is signed ‘unexamined’. If your order goes missing or is damaged between dispatch and delivery, we will send you a replacement order as soon as we can.  In the event that we cannot replace the missing or damaged goods, we will give you a full refund.
