Vinification

The specialty of the wine lies in its vinification, during which part of the grapes (Grolleau and Gamay) are pressed directly, as a kind of a rosé, and another part is kept on the skins (Chenin and Grolleau).

The vessels are blended and the wine is kept in a steel tank until bottling.

Without fining, filtering or addition sulphur, we can enjoy this light, delicate red wine
