Vinification

Velue Zweigelt comes from the first harvest through Zweigelt plants in Haidthal and Sonnberg. The grapes are harvested and sorted by hand. After 10 days of spontaneous de-stemmed fermentation, the wine ages for 16 months in a large wooden barrel.
