Floral and stone fruit driven with delicate creamy mouthfeel. Charming with extreme tension and depth. Can age as long as you can resist not opening it ;) Without a doubt one of the most impressive Rieslings out there.

Vinification

The grapes were harvested on the 9th of September. After slow, gentle whole-bunch pressing the grapes are transferred to an amphora where it ferments and ages for 2 years. Was bottled unfined, unfiltered and without the addition of SO2 in December 2019
