The Sefu Range
The Sefu range is a collaborative effort with a good friend and neighbor, Laci, from the village. The Edgar family has long admired Laci’s expertise as a grape grower, and after harvest when the juice is pressed, fermentation takes place in the Edgar family cellar. This partnership beautifully blends their shared passion for winemaking.
Vinification
The grapes are whole bunch fermented for a couple of days before pressed, the juice matures for eight months in a stainless steel tanks. It is bottled without fining, filtration, or the addition of sulfur.
