Vinification
The grapes were destemmed, and fermented naturally on skins for 8 days. no additives. no temperature control. Then they were pressed and the juice was pumped into fibre glass tanks (Zweigelt + St.Laurent) and large acacia barrels (Zweigelt). The wines matured on lees for 6 months without any additives. Then they were blended together shortly before they were bottled unfined and unfiltered without the addition sulphur.
