The nose is wonderfully expressive, bursting with pronounced aromas of rich strawberry jam, smooth vanilla, and a subtle hint of cassis. It’s a captivating bouquet that immediately draws you in. On the palate, the wine is incredibly concentrated, yet it retains an electrifying vibrancy. The fruit is intense and fresh, with layers of ripe and cooked strawberry, while the smooth vanilla adds a touch of roundness. The balance between the wine’s depth and its lively, almost zesty energy creates a thrilling mouthfeel, leaving a long-lasting and vibrant finish that lingers beautifully.

Vinification

This wine is crafted using a technique known as "trompette," where half of the Merlot grapes are direct pressed, while the other half, left as uncrushed whole bunches, are soaked in the pressed juice, creating an infusion. After 10 days of maceration, the remaining grapes are then pressed. The wine is aged in stainless steel for 8 months, allowing it to develop a refined character while maintaining fresh, vibrant fruit notes. Bottled without fining, filtration or the additions of sulphur.
